First-Time Visitors
New Color and Highlighting guests: we recommend an in-person consultation for a patch test and strand test to ensure the best results.
Complete Blonding or Vivid Fashion services: A preliminary in-person consultation is required for an appointment request approval.

cancellations
Cancellations made on the day before the scheduled service will be automatically charged $25 per hour reserved. Cancellations made on the same day or an absence will be automatically charged 100% the cost of service. Canceling in advance allows us to offer that time to our waiting clients. You may cancel through the Square app, clicking here, or by txt/voicemail.
refund policy
Purchases (products, services, and gift cards) are non-refundable. A complimentary adjustment can be provided within a week of your service if you’re not satisfied with your results. Please note: Additional changes may incur charges at the stylist’s discretion. This does not apply to requests for a new style.
sick policy
We provide an accessible space for all, including those immunocompromised. We encourage guests to wear a mask if they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Stylists may wear masks at any time. Please reschedule if a household member has COVID-19, RSV, norovirus, the flu, or other contagious illnesses, and notify us promptly per cancellation policies.
children
Our salon provides a calm, peaceful service experience. Our space contains hazardous chemicals, equipment and professional tools. Children are welcome but must remain seated in the designated waiting area (not on a lap) and supervised at all times. Services may be paused or ended if safety or the environment is disrupted. Clients under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Appointments are secure once a payment option is submitted and those without a credit card on file may be cancelled.
Our pricing includes compensation and is set by our stylists. Prices are calculated for fairness and a predictable income. Tips are not required, although we welcome a review, follow or referral- that support continuously helps us grow!

late arrival
Anyone over 15 minutes late may need to change their service upon arrival.

We may end service for inappropriate or abusive behavior. We do not allow hateful or discriminatory comments or actions against anyone
before your color service
Color is always applied to clean hair. Please arrive to your hair color appointments with your hair recently shampooed.
