Welcome new guests
For new Color and Highlighting guests, we strongly recommend an in-person consultation for a patch test and strand test to ensure the best results.
New guests requesting a Complete Blonding service must schedule a consultation before their appointment.

cancellations
Cancellations made on the day before the scheduled service will be automatically charged $25 per hour reserved. Cancellations made on the same day or an absence will be automatically charged 100% the cost of service. We appreciate the courtesy of canceling in advance as it allows us to offer that time to someone else. You may cancel through the Vagaro app, the confirmation email, clicking here, or by voicemail.
refund policy
Products, services, and gift cards are non-refundable. A complimentary adjustment may be provided within 7 business days if you’re not satisfied with your results. Additional changes may incur charges at the stylist’s discretion. This does not apply to requests for a new style.
sick policy
We provide an accessible space for all, including those immunocompromised. We encourage guests to wear a mask if showing symptoms of any contagious illness. Stylists may wear masks at any time. Please reschedule if a household member has COVID-19, RSV, norovirus, the flu, or other respiratory illnesses, and notify us promptly per cancellation policies.
children
Our salon is designed for a peaceful service experience and contains professional tools. Children are welcome but must remain seated in the designated area (not on a lap) and supervised at all times. Services may be paused or ended if safety or the environment is disrupted.
how we book
We like to provide opportunities for all clients, respecting their busy schedules. Appointments are confirmed once a payment option is submitted and those without a credit card on file may be cancelled.
Our pricing reflects fair compensation set by our stylists. Tips are not required, though we sincerely welcome your support through a review, tag, or referral that continuously helps us grow!

Anyone over 15 minutes late may need to adjust their service upon arrival.

We may end service for inappropriate or abusive behavior. We do not allow hateful or discriminatory comments or actions against anyone

Color is always applied to clean hair. in the interest of time, please arrive to your hair color appointments with your hair recently shampooed.
