Welcome New Guests!
For new color and highlighting guests, we strongly recommend scheduling an in-person preliminary consultation for a skin patch test and hair strand test to ensure the best results.
New clients requesting a Complete Blonding service are required to schedule a consultation prior to their appointment.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made on the day before the scheduled service will be automatically charged $25 per hour reserved.
Cancellations made on the same day or an absence will be automatically charged 100% the cost of service.
Services that require 4 hours or more will be required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit.
We appreciate the courtesy of canceling in advance as it allows us to offer that time to someone else. You may cancel through the Vagaro app, the confirmation email, clicking here, or by voicemail.
Gratuity:
No thank you!
Color is always applied to clean hair. in the interest of time, please arrive to your hair color appointments with your hair recently shampooed.
Refund Policy:
Products, services, and gift cards are non-refundable. Deposits for appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance will be refunded.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We offer a complimentary adjustment to ensure you’re happy with your hair. Additional services or changes may incur charges at the stylist’s discretion. This adjustment may not apply if you choose to explore a new style.
If you have time constraints for any reason, kindly inform your stylist while confirming your appointment or before your service.
Late arrival:
Anyone over 15 minutes late may need to adjust their service upon arrival.
Sickness Policy:
We offer an accommodating experience and strive to be a more accessible space, including for those who may be immunocompromised. We recommend wearing a mask if you are exhibiting mild symptoms of any contagious illness. Your stylist may wear a mask at any time and will do so upon request. Please reschedule if a household member currently has COVID-19, RSV, norovirus, the flu, or any other respiratory contagious illness. Kindly be mindful of the cancellation policies and notify us as soon as possible if such a situation arises.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:
Our stylists can end service if there's inappropriate, threatening or abusive conduct. Additionally, We don't allow any hateful or discriminatory actions or comments based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability. Thank you for being a part of our positive environment!
