While our hair color includes organic ingredients such as sunflower seed extract, shea butter, and apricot oil- the term ‘organic’ can often be misleading. In most cases, it doesn’t necessarily mean the overall formula is safer, better, or more effective.

Rather than focusing on ‘organic,’ we use high-quality products that are formulated to be as low-impact and non-irritating as possible. This low-tox, honest approach helps us protect both our health and our clients’ while still providing professional-grade results.

Our services use professional lines free from common irritants including PPD, fragrance, resorcinol, ammonia, and formaldehyde. If you are looking to avoid a certain specific ingredient, we are happy to provide you an ingredient list of our available options.

Anyone with a sensitivity is required to schedule a consultation for a patch test before your first chemical service or sign a waiver form.

Our color can provide full gray coverage. Like any professional hair color, results may vary. We offer a range of customizable options, including our standard permanent color and demi-permanent cream color. Our standard and demi-permanent formulas work successfully for most clients, and we personalize the approach based on specific needs. Whether the goal is full coverage or a softer, blended color we’ll formulate according to your goals. Please mention to your stylists if you have been told you have resistant grays so we can formulate accordingly.

Our color is vegan and cruelty-free. In our pursuit of accessibility, we carry a gentle, low-ammonia hair color option for the rare cases of difficult resistant grays.

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your hair. Please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll happily make any necessary adjustments at no additional cost. Please note: if it’s a complete change from the original goal or something different from the initial consultation, additional charges may apply as determined by the Stylist.

No, our salon is not pet-friendly or ESA-friendly. We have a necessary medical service dog that needs to remain focused and the salon may be an environment that is hazardous to untrained dogs.

Our valued team member Pepe is not a pet or an Emotional Support Animal, which are not always granted lawful public access. Pepe provides safety and accessibility to one of our stylists.He's highly trained and remains focused, even if he is napping. Please refrain from petting our VIP that is employee of the month every month.
